by Saxtead Parish Council
The Parish Council plays an important role in providing local services. Meetings are held roughly every two months, normally on a Thursday evening. All members of the public are invited to attend.
Agendas and minutes from the meetings can be found on our website in the 'Meetings' section, as well as on our village noticeboards.
Our meeting dates for 2025 are:
16th January, 20th March, 8th May (with the Annual Parish Meeting), 24th July, 18th September and 19th November. In addition, meetings will be held as required to discuss significant planning applications.
All residents are welcome to attend and ask questions or raise matters of concern in the Public Forum near the start of the Meeting.
The Parish Council responds to planning applications, manages cutting of the playing field and deals with many other local matters.
