Later Life Community Connect is a single point of access telephone support line for people aged 65+, between 10am – 2pm, seven days a week. Tel: 01284 334516.  With a real person at the end of the phone, we are here to support, inform and advise on any issues around later life in Suffolk.  Through a warm handover process using both the Suffolk Information Partnership and more localised, place-based referrals, we will ensure that the caller receives regular follow up calls to check on progress.

In addition to the telephone line, we can also support individuals with regular welfare calls  - a simple call from a volunteer or a member of our friendly team, to check on wellbeing.

Later Life Online - in partnership with adult education experts, Realise Futures, we provide tablet training courses for people aged 55+ in locations across Suffolk.  We are also a lead partner in Suffolk County Council's Digital Champions network, supporting people to learn how digital integration could enhance their daily lives and improve health and wellbeing.

Later Life Engage - a community engagement programme, working with specific communities in East Suffolk, supporting the Connected Communities project - including recruitment of volunteer community champions.
