People attending festive events across east Suffolk can enjoy free parking in council-owned car parks at set times on selected dates.

Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Councils are once again supporting local communities by offering free use of council-owned car parks to support Christmas events in the district.

Town and parish councils can have two sessions of 2-hours free parking slots on dates and times of their choosing - which can be used to bolster festive events, such as late-night shopping, taking place in the run up to Christmas.

At this stage, the following towns have taken up the offer - with free parking confirmed on the following dates:
